What are your operating hours?

We’re open Monday to Sunday from 10 AM to 8 PM.

How do I book a studio or an event?

You can book directly through our online booking system. Once payment is received, your time slot is confirmed.

What is your refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable, but you’ll receive a credit to use toward another booking within six months.

Can I bring my own photographer or videographer?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own creative team or book our in-house professionals for an additional fee.

Do you provide props or décor?

Yes — we offer select props and décor items. Specialty pieces can also be arranged through our décor partners.

Is parking available?

Yes, free on-site parking is available for clients and guests.

Can I host private events?

Absolutely. Our event space is ideal for everything from brunches and showers to corporate and creative events.
