Studio Use Only
This space is intended exclusively for photography, videography, meetings, and small events/dinners. Rental time includes setup and teardown.
Payments and Scheduling
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, clients will receive a credit equal to the full amount paid, which may be applied to a future booking within six months of the original date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled shoot will be charged in full.
